Islam ElSakka, Assoc. CIPD has extensive work experience in the field of talent management, learning and development, recruitment, and marketing research. Islam is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Talent Management at Arab African International Bank since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Learning and Development Manager at Banque du Caire from March 2020 to June 2022.

Islam also held various leadership positions at QNB Group, including Talent Management Lead from February 2019 to March 2020, Learning and Development Team Leader from October 2015 to February 2019, and Senior Training Officer from May 2012 to September 2015.

Before joining QNB Group, they worked at Societe Generale as a Training Implementation Officer from May 2012 to December 2013 and as a Recruitment Coordinator from August 2008 to May 2012. Additionally, Islam had a brief stint as a Recruitment Coordinator at Samcrete Engineers and Contractors from January 2010 to July 2010.

Islam's early career includes a role in marketing research at Orange Egypt from January 2008 to August 2008. Overall, Islam has a diverse background in various sectors and has gained substantial experience in talent management, learning and development, recruitment, and marketing research throughout their career.

Islam ElSakka, Assoc. CIPD, holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Electronic Commerce from SADAT ACADEMY for MANAGEMENT SCIENCES. Islam also completed a diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from The American University in Cairo. Furthermore, Islam earned a CIPD HRM level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Development from CIPD Qualifications. Islam has additional certifications as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International and an Assessor Certification from Riverwaves.
