Ana Da Silva MPh Sc(OD) serves as the Manager of Capability Development at Ara Institute of Canterbury since November 2015, playing a pivotal role during the institution's merger with Aoraki College. As the Director of Thinking Culture since April 2007, Ana has built a consulting business focusing on organizational reviews and leadership development across various industries. Past experience includes positions as Organisation Development Consultant at Origin Energy, where a change program was implemented for major gas projects, and as Community Development Manager at BallyCara, driving service and business expansion.
