Jeff started their career in 1988 at the American Publishing Company, where they served as the Senior Vice President for ten years. Jeff then moved on to become the Publisher at the Northwest Arkansas Times from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they joined the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as the Vice President and General Manager. In 2008, they took on the role of President at Northwest Arkansas Newspapers, LLC, and in 2013, they became the President of Wehco Newspapers, where they currently hold this position.
