Astha Sharma is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as a Partner at AQUILAW since April 2022. Previously, Sharma held the position of Litigation Head at PLR Chambers from February 2018 to December 2019, leading a team involved in various high-profile cases across multiple courts, including the Supreme Court of India and numerous High Courts. Prior to that role, Sharma gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Sunil Fernandes, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India, from July 2010 to February 2018, assisting in cases related to the State of Jammu & Kashmir and engaging in drafting and compliance work. Sharma earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Forensic Science from National Law University, Jodhpur, from 2012 to 2015, and completed an undergraduate degree at Army Institute of Law, Mohali, from 2005 to 2010, after attending Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jabalpur, for CBSE +2 education.
