Keith Whittaker is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Kepler Hill Capital since 2019, Whittaker specializes in special situations, including turnarounds and distressed assets. In addition, Whittaker holds the position of Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC and is a member of the Board of Directors for both Aquila Air Capital and BBV Phase II, LLC. Previously, Whittaker served as Managing Director at MHR Fund Management LLC from 2006 to 2018 and at M.D. Sass from 2001 to 2006, focusing on special situations funds. Earlier career roles include Principal at Wynnchurch Capital, Associate at Trian Fund Management, and Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. Whittaker earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
