David Cedar currently serves as the Director of Procurement at Aquent, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, David worked at Progressive Insurance from April 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating IT contracts with strategic vendors and serving as IT Contract Manager and Vendor Manager Analyst Senior. David's earlier role at Progressive was as an IT Contract and Vendor Management Analyst. David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Ashland University, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Film Production and Philosophy from Bowling Green State University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
