Colleen Nelson, CIR, CSS, currently serves as the Director of Talent Marketing at Aquent, a position held since May 2014, with previous roles including Talent Screening Adoption Manager and Social Media Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead and Agent at Vitamin T, where freelance talent was provided to mid-sized companies and ad agencies. Colleen also worked as Office & Marketing Manager at Body Metrics, overseeing marketing strategies, human resources functions, and e-commerce development. Earlier experience at FOX5 WAGA included various roles such as Promotion Log Coordinator and Community Affairs Coordinator, where Colleen managed community engagement initiatives and promoted on-air content. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication from Purdue University, earned in 2003.
