Tim Callington

Deputy Managing Director at Flipside Health

Tim Callington has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and consulting positions. Tim is currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director at Flipside Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Flipside Group from 2018. In 2018, Tim also founded Growth Space, a business design consultancy focused on helping corporates, startups, and scaleups collaborate for growth.

Before that, Tim held the position of Co-Leader, Corporate Innovation Group at Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates from 2017 to 2020. At IBM, they served as a Strategy Consultant and Salesforce.com Strategic Alliance Leader, Europe. As a strategy consultant in the Interactive Experience division of IBM, they enabled organizations in various sectors to develop new customer engagement strategies. Tim also worked at Edelman, where they held the positions of Director of Digital and Account Director, delivering digital marketing and communications programs for global brands.

Prior to that, Tim started their career as a Media Consultant at Next Fifteen Communications Group, where they delivered communications and marketing programs for startups and global brands. Throughout their career, Tim has worked with a wide range of clients, including Rolls Royce, BAE Systems, Unilever, Huawei, Microsoft, and Dell.

Tim Callington has a comprehensive education history. Tim earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, Tim completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Hertfordshire from 1999 to 2000. Tim also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with Second Class Honors (2.1) from The University of Sheffield, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Tim Callington has obtained certifications that enhance their skillset. In June 2016, they became an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner after completing the program offered by IBM. Furthermore, in April 2017, Tim earned the certification of Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
