Lisa Laczynski began their work experience in 2009 at 3M as a Senior Human Resources Generalist where they worked until 2019. In 2020, they joined Resonetics as a Human Resources Business Partner and remained in that role until February 2022. Currently, Lisa is serving as the Director of People & Culture at Aqueduct Technologies, Inc.

Lisa Laczynski holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Bentley University. Lisa has also pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western New England University.
