Joe S. began their work experience in 2015 as an IT Helpdesk at PlumChoice, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Research Specialist at Aspire Lifestyles. In 2017, they joined NWN Corporation as an IT Helpdesk until 2018 when they transitioned to the role of a NOC Engineer, which they held until 2019. Currently, Joe is working as a Service Engineer at Aqueduct Technologies, where they have been employed since 2019.

Joe S. attended Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Joe completed their education at the school but did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In June 2015, they received the MTA Networking Fundamentals certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business. In November 2014, they obtained the OSHA 10 Hour Industry Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. In October 2020, they earned the Certified Meraki Networking Associate (CMNA) certification from Cisco Meraki. Most recently, in March 2022, they obtained the Next-Generation Firewall Setup and Management Connection certification from Palo Alto Networks. In June 2022, they also became a LogicMonitor Certified Associate by completing the required training from LogicMonitor, Inc.
