Shirish Navindgikar has extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as General Manager of Engineering at Aquatech Systems Asia Pvt. Ltd. since September 2001, after initially holding the position of Deputy General Manager in the same company. Previously, Shirish worked as an Assistant Manager at Thermax from 1993 to 2001. Shirish completed a degree at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1985 to 1991 and received Secondary School Certificate education at Shri Fattechand Jain Vidyalaya in Chinchwad, Pune from 1970 to 1980.
