Simone Sparholt is a seasoned HR professional, currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at Aquaporin A/S since July 2023. Prior to this, Simone held similar positions at Sitecore from February 2022 to June 2023 and served as the People & Culture Manager at Louis Poulsen from December 2020 to January 2022. Simone's extensive experience at Sitecore includes roles as HR Manager, Global HR Coordinator, and International HR Assistant from August 2014 to November 2020. Earlier career experiences include positions at CA Technologies, føtex, emmerys, and Lokalrevisorerne ApS. Simone holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the same institution, along with additional certifications in workplace safety.
