Nataly Ovcharenko is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in technology and consulting roles. Currently serving as the CIO at AQUAPHOR International OÜ since 2019, Nataly has also held the position of Vice-President at GMCS since February 2012 and has been the director of consulting at AND Project since 2002. Previous roles include systems analyst at Cristal Service from 2000 to 2002 and audit director at Uniland from 1997 to 2000, where responsibilities included senior accounting and financial instrument development. Nataly received an engineer-mathematician degree in applied mathematics from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" between 1985 and 1990.
