Jason Fricks is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Plant Manager at Aquamor, LLC since March 2020, Jason oversees multiple departments, focusing on employee management, production efficiency, and continuous improvement. Prior to this, Jason held various positions at Pancon Corporation from August 2013 to March 2020, including Plant Manager and Corporate Materials Manager, contributing to significant revenue generation and material management across multiple facilities. Jason's earlier roles at Sunstone Components Group Inc. and Molding International & Engineering involved team leadership and the development of operating procedures, further enhancing manufacturing processes. Jason began their career with roles at UPS and Manpower, building a solid foundation in the industry, complemented by education from Mt. San Jacinto College and Murrieta Valley High School.
