Karel Peelman is an experienced professional in the fields of research and development, product design, and engineering, currently serving as the R&D Manager at AQUALEX since July 2020. Previously, Karel worked as an R&D Engineer at Skylux and as a Product Design Engineer and Project Leader at Savic Nv, where responsibilities included project management, concept development, CAD engineering, and material research. Early career roles included product designer at 3DEE and GBO DESIGN, alongside experience in 3D printing as an account manager. Karel holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Design and Development from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
