Jeffrey Weaber is the Owner of Aqua ViTea, a pioneering kombucha company founded in a Vermont farmhouse in 2007, which emphasizes the naturopathic principle of “food as medicine.” Under Jeffrey's leadership, Aqua ViTea became one of the first kombucha brewers in the nation, introducing the kombucha-on-tap model to promote sustainable practices. Prior to this, Jeffrey served as General Manager and Brewer at Lucky Labrador Brew Pub from 2001 to 2005. Jeffrey holds a degree from Denison University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
