Jonathon Martin is an experienced professional in operations and training, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and innovation. Previously, Jonathon held various leadership roles at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. from 2004 to 2019, including Vice President of Training and Leadership Development, where skills in creating training programs and performance metrics were developed. Earlier experiences include managing multiple locations as District Manager and Store Manager at Leslie’s, as well as operational leadership at Golden State Pools. Jonathon’s career began in retail with RadioShack and a custom building role at All-Wood Furniture. Educational background includes studies in General, History, and English Literature at Palomar College and Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
