David Leary is an experienced professional in both the aquatic education and technology sectors. Since May 2019, David has served as the Owner and General Manager of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, overseeing a program dedicated to teaching water safety to individuals of all ages. Prior to this role, David worked at Jabil Environmental Technologies from January 2016 to May 2019 in various positions, including Operations Manager and Chemical Maintenance Engineer. David's career in the US Navy from July 2010 to January 2016 included roles such as Divisional Manager and Nuclear Prototype Training Instructor. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Energy and Sustainability Policy from Penn State University, supplemented by prior studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
