Andrew Talbot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within high-tech and life-sciences sectors. As the Managing Partner at Aqua Mergers + Acquisitions since 2016, Andrew specializes in advisory services for companies with disruptive intellectual property. In addition, Andrew holds advisory roles at ScopeSys, eMurmur, and Bureau of Magic Studios, focusing on imaging technology, AI-based healthcare analysis, and entertainment. Previously, Andrew served as Executive Director of entrepreneurship@UBC, where 36 companies were launched under their leadership. Andrew founded and led Fluid Interaction and was instrumental in various technology ventures, including LightHaus Networks and Peep Interactive. Additionally, Andrew brings a background in governance as a board member for Boreal Genomics and UBVideo. Andrew holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kingston University.
