Nawaf Saymeh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Investment and Business Development at AQALAT since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading investment and business development activities related to the monetization of stc Group land bank and overseeing the commercial activities of stc Square. Prior to this role, Nawaf held positions such as Advisor to the CEO for real estate portfolio monetization and Head of Investment Banking at Tanmeya Capital. Nawaf also served as Director at Al Rajhi Bank, covering real estate structured finance, and at Colliers International MENA, focusing on capital markets and investment strategy. With a background as Vice President and Senior Structured Finance Banker at The National Commercial Bank, and as a Senior Manager in Project Finance Advisory at Ernst & Young, Nawaf has extensive experience in structuring and executing significant real estate transactions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Finance and Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Jordan.
