Roman Demine currently serves as the New Product Development Manager at Aptyx since February 2022. Prior to this role, Roman held the position of Quality Assurance Methods Expert at INVISTA from May 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included fostering a culture of quality and advancing core tools for continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes working as a NPI/Manufacturing Processes Qualification professional at Safran Electronics & Defense Canada Inc. and as a Product Development/Design Verification/Testing/Advanced Quality Engineering specialist at Magna International from October 2004 to December 2018. Roman holds an ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence degree from Loyalist College, along with a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology, both from Loyalist College and Conestoga College respectively.
