Mehdi Patrick Riahy holds an MBA in International Real Estate Management from London South Bank University and Akademie der Hochschule Biberach, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Planning, Geoinformation, and Valuation from the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt am Main. Currently serving as the Manager of National Investment at Aptum Group since January 2024, Mehdi has previously held significant roles including Geschäftsführer, Principal, and Head of Capital Markets Germany at Avison Young, and National Director of Capital Markets Transactions at JLL. Additional experience includes positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate, WM Personality, and Park Café, where responsibilities ranged from consultancy to operational management.
