Alex Markuze is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and network protocols. Currently serving as Baron Munchausen at KitsoniQ since May 2022, Alex previously worked at VMware from June 2017 to May 2022 as a Networking Specialist, focusing on academic research and system design in the SD-WAN / SASE / Public Cloud domains across multiple public clouds. Prior positions include a Senior Software Engineer at Elastifile, a Software Developer at Weka.io, and a Software Engineer at Mellanox, where Alex specialized in device drivers and networking infrastructure. Alex began a career in technology as a student intern at IBM, developing analysis tools. Alex holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, all from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
