Maria Duffy has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as the Service Manager for Retail Banking Digital Services at NatWest Group since April 2022, while simultaneously holding the position of Service Manager at RBS since June 2018. With a background as a Senior Service Manager at Aptos Retail since October 2016 and a Client Service Manager at BT since October 2002, Maria Duffy has developed strong skills in client service and handling high-level business complaints. Education was completed at Our Lady's High School in Motherwell from 1981 to 1987.
