Jennifer McFarland is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Jennifer serves as Associate General Counsel and previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Aptos Retail since November 2015. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP from May 2014 to November 2015 and at HunterMaclean from 2010 to May 2014. Earlier in Jennifer's career, roles included Assistant Grants Officer at the University of Georgia, French Teacher at Liberty County High School, and Personal Banker at Bank of America. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, a Master of Education in Foreign Language Education from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
