Elizabeth Reid has over a decade of experience in client services and administrative support. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at Apto Solutions since February 2013, Elizabeth has advanced through various roles including Client Services Account Manager and Client Services Specialist, focusing on business analysis and quality control. Prior to Apto Solutions, Elizabeth worked at Great American Cookies / Global Franchise Group from May 2006 to June 2011, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to the VP of Plant Operations, managing purchasing and vendor relations, and maintaining essential documentation related to inventory and product approval.
