Kevin Cook has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kevin most recently worked at APTMetrics as the Vice President of Enterprise Product Management. Prior to that, they were an Executive Consultant at the same company. Before joining APTMetrics, Kevin Cook worked at Amazon as a Senior Manager. Their longest tenure was at DDI | Development Dimensions International, where they held various senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Field Enablement, Vice President of Global Customer Success, Vice President of Global Assessment Operations, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Diagnostics. Kevin also worked as an Executive Consultant, Manager of the Prototype Team, Senior Consultant, Selection Consultant, and Research Consultant at DDI. Kevin Cook also served as the Director of Global Assessment Operations at DDI for a period of time.

Kevin Cook earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their MA in I/O Psychology at the University of New Haven from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Kevin obtained certifications including "10 Ways to Stay Motivated While Job Hunting" and "Mastering Self-Motivation" from LinkedIn in 2020. Kevin also holds a certification in the Hogan assessment suite from Hogan Assessment Systems.
