Tim T. is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Researcher at Aptiv since October 2024. Previously, Tim held the role of Senior Security Engineer at Praetorian, where expertise included IoT, mobile, web, and automotive security assessments, along with tool development for emerging technologies. Earlier experience at Aptiv spanned various roles, including Cyber Security Lab Engineer, focusing on automotive embedded firmware analysis and vulnerability research, as well as internships dedicated to security research in automotive embedded devices. Tim began their career at Shanty Studios as a Lead Server/Network Programmer and worked briefly as a Computer Installation Specialist at Inacomp TSG. Tim's educational background includes studies at Macomb Community College and Oakland Community College from 2015 to 2020.
