David Steadman is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Embedded Software Lead at Aptiv since February 2021, David is responsible for overseeing a team focused on the long-term strategy and features of an automotive telematics product. Prior to this role, David held positions at Cummins Inc. as an Embedded Software Engineer - Technical Specialist, at Eaton Corporation as a Lead Software Engineer, and at Sauer-Danfoss as a Senior Software Engineer. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from RMIT University.
