Ari Papadakos is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Aptiv since January 2019, Ari has held various senior positions including Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President for HR Transformation and Talent Management. Prior experience includes over fourteen years at Dana Holding Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed global talent management, post-merger integration, and operational HR practices. Earlier career roles at Visteon Corporation involved executive compensation and HR leadership in diverse functions. Ari earned Master's degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations, as well as Human Resource Management, from Michigan State University.
