Frida Green began their work experience as an Administrator at Catwalk (smycken) in October 2008, where they stayed until January 2011. In December 2010, they started working as a First Line Support at Aptic AB and continued in this role until December 2013. From December 2013 to October 2015, Frida worked as an Order Administrator at Aptic AB. Finally, they became an Application Consultant at Aptic AB in October 2015, and their role continued beyond the available data. In 2010, they also worked briefly as an IT Consultant at Elan IT from December 2010 to July 2011.

Frida Green has a diverse education history. Frida attended Ållebergsgymnasiet from 1999 to 2003 and studied Samhällsvetenskap. Later, from 2003 to 2004, Frida studied English at Manhattanville College. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Skövde and obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT-economics, which they completed in 2008. In 2010, Frida attended Jönköping University and focused on studying Photoshop for a year, completing their studies in 2011.
