Collin Rhea has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Collin is currently employed at Aptean, where they serve as the Vice President of Sales Operations, Enablement, and High Velocity Sales. In this role, Collin is responsible for overseeing sales operations, strategy, analytics, and systems for a global sales organization of over 200 members. Collin also leads the sales team in Manila, Philippines, which is rapidly expanding.

Before joining Aptean, Collin worked at Privitar as the Director of Sales Operations. In this position, they acted as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and executive team, providing guidance on sales strategy, process, and organizational design. Collin was the sole sales operations member supporting a revenue organization of 60+ employees.

In their previous role at ConnectWise, Collin held the position of Director, Global Sales Operations. Collin played a crucial role in guiding the company through a merger with Continuum, overseeing organizational design and territory planning. Collin also led the first annual planning cycle, including bookings plan and compensation plans, in collaboration with the operating team at Thoma Bravo.

Prior to ConnectWise, Collin worked at Continuum Managed Services, where they held several positions. Collin served as a Director of Global Sales Operations, participating in Continuum's sale to ConnectWise and leading the merging of sales organizations, strategies, and systems. Collin also worked as a Manager of Data Analytics and an Associate in Corporate Development during their time at Continuum.

Collin's career began at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Investment Banking Analyst, where they worked for two years.
