Kaitlin Windle is the CEO and Founder of Apte, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Kaitlin served as CFO at Anderson Ranch Arts Center from April 2016 to September 2019, focusing on finance, legal, and HR responsibilities. At Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, Kaitlin worked as Development Director from July 2012 to August 2016, specializing in fundraising and development. Kaitlin's earlier experience includes roles as a Private Equity Associate at Pantheon Ventures and as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities covered private equity secondaries and investment banking in consumer, healthcare, and retail sectors, respectively. Educational credentials include degrees from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, with additional studies at Semester At Sea and Hathaway Brown School.
