Ludovic Pointeau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ludovic began their career in 2005 as a Sales Manager at Texdecor, where they worked until 2007. Following that, Ludovic joined Aptar in 2007 as an Account Manager for Spain-Portugal and Nordics, before transitioning to the role of Area Sales Manager for Southern & Eastern Europe in 2010. Ludovic then joined Aptar Stelmi in 2013 as an Area Sales Manager, and later returned to Aptar in the same year as an Area Sales Manager for France, Benelux, Spain, and Italy. Ludovic continued to progress within Aptar, and held the positions of Senior Strategic Account Manager from 2015 to 2018, Associate Director Sales EMEA from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the Sales Director EMEA from 2021 onwards.

Ludovic Pointeau completed a Master's degree / DESS in Business, Marketing, English, and Spanish from the University of Angers in 2005. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) / Maîtrise in International Marketing & Sales from EGC Lille between 2002 and 2004. In 2000, Ludovic obtained a DUT / HND in Chemistry from Rouen University Institute of Technology.
