Jamie Edwards is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis and software development. Currently employed at ApTap since June 2020, Jamie has developed algorithms for recurring payment detection and deal recommendations, along with creating data labeling pipelines. Prior to this role, Jamie served as the lead developer at Pratt Institute, where involvement in a full stack development project focused on a skill-sharing web application utilizing the Ethereum blockchain. Jamie's earlier experience includes an internship at Willis Towers Watson as an actuary, where analysis of financial risk related to retirement pensions was conducted, and a role as a sales associate at Andy & Tuly LDT. Jamie holds an MSci in Mathematics from Imperial College London and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute.
