Rachelle Carpenter is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Chief People Officer at Apryse since June 2022, Rachelle implements systems to support employee growth and company expansion. Prior to this role, Rachelle was the Chief People Officer at PointsBet, leading the transformation of the People and Culture organization. Rachelle's tenure at DISH Network spanned a decade, during which time leadership positions included Vice President of Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and People Operations, as well as Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Workforce Strategies Inc. and General Electric, where Rachelle developed a robust foundation in talent acquisition, operations management, and HR strategy. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
