Louisa Yeung is a finance professional with significant experience in corporate development and M&A advisory. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Apryse since February 2020, Louisa has established an in-house corporate development team backed by Thoma Bravo and Silversmith Capital. Prior to Apryse, Louisa held the position of Vice President in Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory at Deloitte Canada, specializing in sell-side M&A for mid-market companies in various industries. Earlier roles included Senior Associate and Analyst in M&A Advisory at Deloitte and a Research Assistant at Sauder School of Business, with an initial experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at TD Securities. Louisa holds a BCom with Honours in Finance from The University of British Columbia.
