Daniel Monroy is a Solutions Engineer at Apryse, having joined in February 2023, following a role as a Support and Pre Sales Engineer at iText Software from October 2021 to February 2023. With experience in customer service as a Guest Service Agent at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, and as a Teaching Assistant at Brandeis University, Daniel honed skills in mentoring and assisting students in programming and animation courses. Additional roles include office administration at Brandeis University Facilities Services, co-founding and developing the ConvenGo Mobile App, serving as Treasurer for Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, and completing a market research internship at White Oak Music Hall. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brandeis University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
