Esther P. serves as HR Manager at APROTECNIC Group since October 2016, overseeing HR direction and development, personnel selection, and administration. Previously, Esther held various roles at Albireo Sinergia from July 2013 to September 2016, including Project Development Manager, where responsibilities included opening offices in Spain and Colombia and advising on HR matters. Additional experience includes positions as a psychologist at Ita salud mental, human resources technician at LEITAT Technological Center, and psychology teacher at Col·legi Mare de Déu dels Àngels. Esther holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and several postgraduate degrees, including a Master's in Human Resources Management.
