Mohammed Niyas P is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and data science, currently serving as a Senior MLOps Engineer at Apron since November 2024. Previously, Mohammed held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Raft from December 2022 to October 2024, where significant contributions included developing and scaling deep learning models for high-volume document extraction and establishing comprehensive monitoring tools. Prior experience includes working as a Lead Data Science Engineer at Gramener from December 2015 to August 2021, delivering data solutions for Fortune 500 companies and managing the entire project pipeline. Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Big Data Science from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
