Paolo Taricco is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in both teaching and kitchen management. Since August 2016, Paolo has served as a Docente Tecnico at Apro Formazione. Prior to this role, Paolo worked as a Chef at Il giardino di Ghilot from April 2015 to April 2016 and at Osteria La Rosa Rossa from February 2011 to January 2015. Paolo began their culinary career as a Chef de Partie at La Piola - Piazza Duomo from September 2007 to December 2010, following a significant tenure as the Owner of Ristorante L'allea from September 1995 to September 2007. Educationally, Paolo attended Liceo classico "G.B. Gandino".
