Olena Kolesnichenko has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director at Apriorit since September 2006, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of company policies. Previously, Olena held the position of HR Manager at Apriorit, managing HR processes such as recruitment, psychological diagnostics, and event management, alongside job market investigation. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Manager at UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group from April 2005 to September 2006, where recruitment and events management were key roles. Olena Kolesnichenko holds an Associate's degree in Applied Psychology from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet and completed additional studies at kmbs from 2014 to 2015.
