Nicole Mitchell is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and government contracting, currently serving as the Practice Group Leader for Managed Services and Chief Practice Officer at Aprio since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Aronson from January 1998 to December 2022, including Partner in the Government Contract Services Group, where expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards was developed. Nicole is also recognized for strategic contributions as a Foundation Board Member for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and involvement with Monocacy Valley Montessori Public Charter School. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Frostburg State University.
