Pam Quicker has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Pam started their career in 1983 at Motorola, where they held various positions in embedded software engineering until 1994. From 1995 to 1999, they served as the Director of Engineering at Motorola, leading a software team responsible for developing cellular products. From 1999 to 2001, they took on the role of Director and General Manager for Verizon Wireless Customer at Motorola, overseeing account management and business operations. At Motorola from 2001 to 2007, they held the roles of Director of Operations and Quality and Director of Business Supply Chain, responsible for operations, quality, supply chain management, and market launches. In 2007, they joined Revenew Inc. as the VP of Product Management & Business Integration and remained in that role until 2016. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Product Strategy at Aprimo, leading the product management and vision for their Brand Templates and Distributed Marketing product portfolios.

Pam Quicker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, they have a certification as an OKR Certified Coach from the Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method. The year of obtaining the certification is not specified.
