Jonathan Coleman is an experienced acquisitions manager at April Group Pty Limited since May 2016, specializing in site identification, due diligence, and financial modeling within the Sydney property market. Previously, Coleman served as Vice President of Operations at BASE, where responsibilities included establishing a North American production facility and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to that role, Coleman was a Manager in Valuation & Advisory Services at CBRE, recognized as Valuer of the Year in 2006, and developed expertise in valuing various development sites.
