Gayle Baingo is an experienced professional in the fields of business development, nutrition, and holistic health. Currently, at Apricot Solar, Gayle focuses on helping homeowners transition to solar energy while promoting net zero homes. With a background as a Certified GAPS Practitioner and trained Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Gayle has dedicated nearly a decade to coaching individuals in health and nutrition through EmPower Health By Nutrition LLC, emphasizing whole foods and lifestyle changes. Previous roles include nutrition consulting and program development at Summit Surgery and Recovery Care Center, clinical dietetics at Flagstaff Medical Center, and various positions in community nutrition. Gayle holds a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Northern Arizona University and is a certified holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
