Amber Baca, MBA, currently serves as an HR Recruiter at Aprendamos Family of Services since June 2021. Baca has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with experience as a server at The Game Sports Bar & Grill and as a bartender at Amador Hospitality LLC. Previous roles include General Manager at Panda Restaurant Group, Alley Coordinator at Red Lobster, Baker & Cook at The Baldpate Inn, and Council Assistant for the City of Las Cruces. Baca holds a Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the same institution, earned in 2015.
