Jocelyn Rood is a seasoned professional in customer success and health management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at apree health since September 2023. Previously, Jocelyn held the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager at Castlight Health from December 2017 while also working as a Sr. Program Manager at Healthyroads from October 2013 to December 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Client Relationship Manager at LiveHealthier and Nationwide, as well as Health Management Consultant at WellCorp. Jocelyn began a career as a coach with the Cleveland Rockers from 1998 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University.
