Jonathan Kraft is an experienced professional in benchmarking and advisory services, currently serving as the Manager of Open Standards Benchmarking at APQC since March 2012. In this role, Jonathan manages custom benchmarking projects, offering research and insights on process and knowledge management strategies. Prior to APQC, Jonathan held positions including Regional Director at Sageworks, where responsibility included territory and client management, and Manager of Benchmarking Services at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, focusing on tax benchmarking. Earlier in Jonathan's career, experience at The Hackett Group involved roles as a Benchmark Analyst and Account Executive, where expertise in finance, IT, HR, and procurement processes was developed. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Dayton.
