Nikta Sachan is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Appz Global Tech Pvt. Ltd. since January 2023. Prior to this, Nikta held the position of Human Resources Executive at Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) starting in July 2021. Prior to HLFPPT, Nikta worked as a MIS Executive at Symbiosis credit co-operative society Limited from December 2018 to June 2021. Nikta completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University from July 2020 to August 2022.
